Job Title: Bookkeeper
Location: St. Louis Territory (Full Time)

Job Purpose: The Bookkeeper will report directly to the CEO. Responsible for general bookkeeping activities and practices in the office and to participate in reviewing and appraising financial procedures and records by performing the following duties. Responsible for submitting payroll, payroll taxes and answering payroll concerns.

Job Description: Maintains all related accounting and bookkeeping records and accounting files in a neat, orderly manner. Develops system to account for financial transactions by establishing a chart of accounts; defining bookkeeping policies and procedures.

Qualifications: Proficiency in Microsoft Programs. Working Knowledge Quickbooks and Quickbooks Payroll 1 year (REQUIRED), Working Knowledge Bookkeeping, 1 year (REQUIRED), Working Knowledge Accounting, 1 year (REQUIRED)

Job Title: CDS/CNA/Home Care Aide
Location: All Offices (Full Time/ Part Time)

Job Purpose: The basic function of a Home Care Aide/CDS Attendant is to perform tasks that enable clients remain in their own homes and out of long-term care facilities for as long as possible. Help patients to complete activities of daily living that are difficult for them because of a physical or mental disability. Provide assistance with intermittent household task necessary to the maintenance of a safe and habitable home environment. The service is restricted to non-skilled tasks and the need for services is determined in relationships to the client’s functioning capacity. This position will reports directly to the RN Supervisor, the Director of Nursing and/or the CDS Client.

​Job Description: Always ensures the patient maintains the maximum amount of independence and privacy as possible. Personal care duties can include helping a person to be bathed and dressed, eat, and use the toilet, transporting the patient to another area or room working on exercises as assigned by a physical therapist and or physician.

Qualifications:
Home Care aide must be 18 years of age. A minimum of one year experience of direct patient care with either a Skilled Nursing facility or an In-Home Care Agency in preferred. Home Care Aide must be physically able to lift a minimum of 75 lbs. and be able to move patient without any assistance from the patient. Home Care Aide must also be able to help assist the patient with walking through use of a cane, walker or gait belt throughout the facility or client’s home.

Job Title: Clinical Nurse Case Manager

RN St. Louis Territory (Part Time)

Job Purpose: Promotes and restores patients’ health by completing the nursing process; collaborating with physicians and multidisciplinary team members; providing physical and psychological support to patients, friends and families; supervising assigned team members. The LPN/RN will report directly to the Director of Nursing.

Job Description: Provides home health care skilled nursing interventions for treatment of the patient’s illness, rehabilitative needs and preventive care. Promotes and restores patients’ health by completing the nursing process; collaborating with physicians and multidisciplinary team members; providing physical and psychological support to patients, friends, and families; supervising assigned team members. Utilize a skilled approach in the provision of problem-specific therapeutic interventions, teachings and training activities in accordance with the plan of care.

Qualifications
At least 2 years of experience is required. Must have a High School Diploma or GED and a Minimum of One Year of Nursing Experience as well as One Year of Direct or Indirect Contact with the Elderly and /or Disabled.

The individual must be comfortable with diversity and respectful of a wide range of faiths, beliefs and experiences.
Experience in Home Health Care or Home Heath preferred.

Job Title: Territory Manager
Location: ​St. Louis Territory ( Full Time)

Job Purpose: Aide in the day to day operations and assures a smoothly functioning, efficient organization. Schedules shifts by matching caregiver qualifications and availability to client’s needs. Supervises caregivers and completes performance appraisals for caregivers at specified intervals. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems. Handling team building activities and motivating the teams to give quality care. Visits prospective and current clients in their homes. Assists in providing client care if needed. Represent the Company at various community activities.

Qualifications

A Bachelor’s Degree is required with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a management position or At least 2 years of health care management experience is required. Must have a High School Diploma and a Minimum of One Year of Administrative Experience as well as One Year of Direct or Indirect Contact with the Elderly and /or Disabled.
